Putting and Removing Contact Lenses

If you are actually new in terms of wearing contact lenses you should be very careful and know to put in and remove the lenses.  Although your doctor might have explained it clearly to you but when it actually comes to doing it yourself at your home, things will be a lot more different then.

It would rather be a difficult to put in the contact lenses in.  And if it is for the first time, it would be even more troublesome.  With practice you can actually make it perfect and would have become expert in putting in the lens.

But before you are going to put in the lens, you should clean your hands well.  Once cleaned well, place the lens on the index finger and drop the solution in the lens and place it gently inside your eyes.  After placing it don’t close it immediately try to adjust it with your eyelids and then close it to check and confirm that it has been placed perectly.

Taking the contact lens too require the same amount of precautions just like putting in.  You should keep y our hands clean.  When you plan to remove the lens, look up and place your finger to grab it on the sides and gently pull it outside.  Although it may be difficult initially but with time you can actually become an expert soon.
